The field featured defending state champion Sacred Heart — which won the event — and fellow Region 3 programs South Warren and Bowling Green. The regional rivals finished second and third, respectively.
Kinsey Edwards led the way for the Trojanettes with a 4-over par 76, while Chloe Witcher fired an 82. Also for Barren, Lucy Zalla shot 87 and Tinsley Neagle finished with a 91. Those scores were used to calculate the team score of 336.
Karden Kinslow fired 98, and Alli Spillman and Rayleigh Terry each finished with a 110.
South Warren’s Elsie Espinola shot 2-under par 70 to win the individual title, while Caroline Childers of Bowling Green shot 73 and finished runner-up.
