Katie Murphy led the way for Barren County on the Fourth Region Softball Coaches’ All Region teams that were released Sunday, May 26.
Murphy, who has signed to play college softball at Western Kentucky University, was voted to the first team for infielders. Her Trojanettes teammates, Katie Elmore and Riley Reed, were voted second team outfielders.
Barren County, which won the 15th District Tournament title last week, will open the Fourth Region Softball Tournament at 5 p.m. Monday at WKU.
